If your shopping habits strickly revolve around "where is the cheapest place that I can "insert what you're looking for", then Martin's may not be for you. Yes, you're going to pay a little more here than you would at a Home Depot or Menards, but what you're really getting is helpful, knowledgeable employees that actually know what their talking about. Real world, actual hands on experience. And it's also the little things that make a huge impression. Like if you're looking for something, they will walk you not only to the isle, but show you where it is in that isle. Or taking the time to listen, and help you pick out what you need to do the job right, the first time. Actual, real customer service. And to me, that's worth way more than the extra $1.50 that I probably paid over going to the bigger stores. Quality, not quantity. That's what Martin Hardware is.

Went in for some specific size and color screws for a few different projects. The gentleman was extremely helpful and offered suggestions I hadn't thought of. Also got some Benjamin Moore paint samples and the woman who helped me was also very friendly. I've rented their wall paper steamer twice before, and both times the ladies were nice, knowledgeable, and gave me great tips!

Went there, to get parts for old kitchen faucet for the cabin. the guy in the plumbing was really helpful, and knew his stuff. Im set up, even with back up parts! Wish the cashier, wasn't so grumpy though. Otherwise would be a 5 star experience.

Worst customer service ever experienced!!! I was testing out a product (light strip on display) it had a remote for it in my hand and an employee comes over and snatches the remote out of my hand and says “broken” violently (I’m pretty sure she was drunk or high) and not only is the Customer service terrible the prices are super high compared to other hardware stores or even Wal-Mart, Fleet Farm, Menards. Never going back to this store or recommending it to any one ever again!
