This place is awesome! I have used their storage for years, I always feel safe, my unit is kept clean, the entire facility is clean. I have never seen any bugs or had any issues. The girls at the desk are super nice, helpful, sweet and always help me with anything from payments to helping me unlock the storage unit when I have difficulty with it. They even called me once when a person they didn't recognize logged in with my code.Can't say enough nice things about this storage facility!!

After calling EVERY place in town for a storage unit, we chose this place simply because the guy we spoke with on the phone was the ONLY one who was nice enough to answer every annoying question we had WITHOUT an attitude. All the others made it seem like we were wasting their time! Once we arrived to the office, hours later, that same guy remembered my husband's name and what we needed. He was so polite and very friendly. Not to mention, he made sure everything went smoothly, and we were out of there within 30 mins of walking in the door! Don't go for the cheapest place in town, because you'll get what you pay for, and when it comes to storing your personal things, you WANT to make sure it's at a place like this specific Martin Self Storage...TRUSTWORTHY & AFFORDABLE!

No way should a storage facility have any water or excess moisture of any kind in it!! There is water beading up on the floor. Looks like it's coming through the cement or condensation on the floor. Enough to get the ends of our matresses and bottoms of boxes wet. We were told it must have been the ice storm that caused it (they don't know?) and to file with our homeowner's insurance if anything was damaged. Inspect your unit before you rent there, especially #129, or go somewhere else.
