Martin Self Storage

I had a great experience opening my storage unit at this store. I was greeted warmly by Will, the assistant manager, who was great to talk to and get things started. I filled out the form, we signed the paperwork, prepared my lock and keys and went to open the unit. As Will unlocked my unit and explained where it was it dawned on me that I had ordered a unit too that was way too small. So I went back into the office and told Will my dilemma who was very forgiving and said don't worry about it we'll do another lease not a problem and have you pay the difference. I can't stress how important customer service is and this place is definitely on top of it! Clean office, friendly and knowledgeable employees and very safe and clean units! I feel very comfortable leaving my stuff there!

Awesome staff and a very well-kept facility. It's a convenient location and has great security. Prices for renting units and spaces are very reasonable as well.

What can I say? The customer service is above and beyond. Fair pricing, clean facility, and the help at the desk was top notch. Big thanks to Will at the CB Rd location for all his vast knowledge and help! Cheers!
