Agree with a previous review. The agents who have helped me over the past month and a half have been very cordial and helpful but organization is a bit off. I've had to call numerous times in order to find out what's going on with my case because things take so long to process. They're also not very helpful when they close your case and you are left in a financial bind because of a rule that seems outlandish to even my doctors.

Staff worked hard to help me get some answers from a system that can be convoluted by state and federal regulations. Child Support Ombudsman was very helpful.
