I've had an excellent experience with the Barber Board, and I've called several times, to handle transfers, school closings, getting my Master's, getting info. for apprenticeships, etc., and I, even, recognize some of the voices and names, now.
You guys are doing a great job, and in light of the other comments, you deserve a praise!

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Roxanne to get my CT cosmetology information transferred over to MD so I can sit for my exam since my license lapsed. Roxanne was very patient as I must have sent her an email, if not two, a day for a week or so and she always wrote me back and sometimes even called to answer my questions. She was and continues to be very pleasant and helpful. I am keeping her information very close so that I can reach out to her in the future. Thank you Roxanne for all your help!

Every year it's time for me to go online and renew my cosmetology license I always have a problem, but when I call the number they busy, a recording comes on or someone on the other end has a attitude.smh need to do better people.

worst customer service. Feel like im being yelled at by a parents. If you dont like to help customer then find another job.
