I was there yesterday and they treated me very good. And the doctor was letting me know how was everything every other minute I feel so great full. Best ER in all Maryland for me the service is excellent. Since you enter until you go. And didn't let me wait for long time something I appreciate because I'm a high risk patient. 10/10

Location is convenient with affordable parking if your ticket is validated. You can schedule appointments with all types of health care professionals. Customer service is great and staff are friendly.

I recently visited the Midtown Campus ER Department, & I must say that I was impressed. The place was spotless. The staff were polite, professional, efficient and quick. My totally visit time including registration, triage, testing, and doctor visit was an hour. Kudos to them, they found out a system that works.

Thank you Dr Wussu and Mariam Currens for all the work you do saving lives one at at a time, Fighting this vicious illness which killied more people than Covid adding the Worldwide Totals.  In my opinion UMMC Is #1 in getting you  on yout feet. first step get clean in ummc,  Once you leave..Hang w /clean healthy people to talk with. That's just a start, immediately go to AA and ask for help & seriously consider a 28 day inpatiant rehad sounds likes a big order but will save your life !!!!!  welcome back

I had the best experience at this hospital. Went in for a colonoscopy and upon entering the hospital , I was lost and everyone that I asked made sure that I got to my destination. The employees were so cheerful when I walked past any employee they spoke to me and was very welcoming. Although I was afraid of having my colonoscopy procedure , everyone made me feel comfortable and important. The staff was very patient with me because they knew that I was afraid and took the time to answer all of my questions. When I finally got in the room, the entire staff made me feel safe and cared for. Upon coming out of the anesthesia , a nurse was sitting beside me on her computer , she offered me crackers and juice and remained by my side until I was discharged and we had a nice conversation. I was blown away by the exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this hospital and this is my first ever google review.

This is by far the best hospital I have ever had the pleasure of being in. I had to stay a couple nights due to complication but every doctor every nurse everyone were so nice it was amazing. If it weren’t for COVID I would have personally hugged everyone of them instead we all settled for a fist bump. Amazing people.

We had a yearly physical at the Pediatrician facility. The whole staff was very nice. The doctor who saw us was insightful. The assistant nurse was sweet and took great care of my daughter. Very good people working there. A special thank you to Miss Edna. She went above and made sure we had everything we needed from our previous pediatrician. We enjoy our visit.

Greatest hospital experience in my adult life...  The ER staff was amazing...  I was taken straight to a bed, given a hot blanket & immediately administered IV fluids...  The nursing staff was extremely attentive...  I was given 3 hot meals... even though I couldn't eat Head Nurse came & introduced herself to me to see if everything was OK...  Doctors were great as well...  Best customer service and customer care in Baltimore...  Keep up the good work...

So, after waiting 13 hours in the waiting room to fix my sister's jaw that should have been wired shut, but had 1 screw missing and another halfway out, we were basically told to just go home and nothing was done for her to fix the problem. The reason giving for not doing the surgery was that "There are too many people in the waiting room to sedate her" and yet there was a quarter of the people in the waiting room when we left compared to when we arrived. I and my entire family will not be forgetting this. We are going to be telling our extended family, our friends, their friends and random strangers for years about this horrible experience. We drove an hour and a half because we trusted UMMC to help my sister, clearly that trust was misplaced as this ER is nothing but a bad joke. The staff were fine, but the doctors were just clowns in doctors costumes! Even after UMMC's oral surgery team recommended to them to do the surgery they still refused! But don't worry, despite the doctor in charge that night being entirely void of any compassion, she was sure to tell us how bad she feels for all of this happening, when she was the cause of it!
