Maryville High School

Litterally other than Ms. Z and Mr. Oldham every teacher includeing the principal do what ever they please. Harassment, targeting, and inequality are HUGE with the staff. I myself have been suspended for Cursing at the principal (no doubt) after listening and being yelled at while doing as i was told. Then suspended a second time after a teacher got in my face and raised her voice past an ok level. Now because of that i am being sent to M.A. after being told i wasnt. Also almost got suspended after being assulted bc it was a "fight" that i never threw a punch in and half of the school is my witness. This school is survival of the fittest. And if your not a teacher, then good luck getting thru the school year.

Best school in Tennessee. The teachers push the students to be the absolute best they can be. They set their own standards, and they are set to push the students harder than they ever have. The are some classes that are only offered at Maryville. I would suggest that any parent that has the option, send their child to MHS. They will be better educated because of it.

(READ IN RUSSIAN ACCENT) This place absolute hell. My family spent last dollar moving to america and siblings and comrads must now suffer. My father not like teachers. He say they too angry and not strict enough. In motherland, school was one room, and teacher simpley slammed book on desk and say READ. If we read, we get smart. If we not read, we get knuckles smacked with ruler. Moral of story, man make problem. Drone better.

Best all around school in the area. Amazing faculty truly prepare students for college, life and beyond. And yes they have amazing sports programs. Not just football but all of them

Poor leadership in this school system. Too much emphasis on sports which hopefully will decline with the departure of George Quarles. Students failing classes are not only permitted to participate in sports, but are recruited by coaches/teachers that are struggling in their own class. Highly overrated school that mostly had Football to offer, but expect that to decline steadily beginning in 2016. Also caught the coach in a lie, when confronted they all put their head in the sand and ignored. Interesting after that incident is when the sports started to decline.
