If you are looking for anything tennis, this is only tennis store to go to. They have amazing friendly and knowledgeable staff. The store has a huge selection of tennis rachets, sneakers, and tennis apparel. If it is tennis you are looking for, than Masons tennis NYC has it.
The best Tennis store in the New York City. The owner is very attentive, always focused on incredible customer care. I had an issue with the shoe size and the store’s managers dealt with it gracefully. I strongly recommend to everyone loving tennis and looking for the best experience buying store gear/apparel.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! I had to get new tennis attire and my racket restrung and had a hundred questions. They answered all of my questions, helped me find the right tennis stuff. Most importantly my racket looks awesome with new strings and grip! Love it! Highly recommend!
I don’t usually post, but an absolute amazing experience. I have been out of the game for awhile and was not sure what I should get. The man there was extremely helpful and very professional. The cashier was ver friendly as well. If you need anything tennis related, come here!
Best customer service compared to another popular highly recommended tennis store in Manhattan. Eventhough you don't get service like same day stringing service, Mason's is still much preferred above all else because they provides much more choices in all necessary tennis equipments shoes, attires, rackets, accessories, you name it. It's surprising to see so much on offer in such a nice cozy store. Feel free to check this place out!!! You'll be amazed with warm welcomes by everyone in store.
I want to learn how to play tennis and went here for the first time to get a beginner racket. Although I was a bit intimidated not knowing anything about the sport, I was helped by the gentleman that was stringing rackets and he was super friendly and helpful directing me to one. He took the time to explain the differences in a beginner racket as well as the characteristics of the different models they had. All of the people at the store were very friendly and helpful, I left feeling good about my purchase and surprised I was able to get everything I needed so quickly. I’m planning on going here for all of my future tennis needs.
I came in new to the sport and didn't have any clue as to what racket I should get. The gentlemen helped me pick one out and accommodate my racket to be strung on the spot in spite of how busy they were considering it's US Open season. They know exactly which items are great which made me have more confidence in purchasing. I truly don't regret stopping by the shop. And I really love how my racket looks! I would definitely go back.
