Massage Envy - Fishers

Tristian the massage guy did a great job. Very relaxing . The only thing though was I paided for an hour massage starting a little after 7. At the end I was dressed and out of the room by 7:45. Feel a bit jibbed on time there!

Great therapists/esthetcians on staff; Cecila does amazing work. Front staff is very attentive and keeps everything clean.

Bad customer service at this location. Wrote a long note to their "contact us" tab; went to send message and site "timed out" and message would not send. Won't waste my time writing a long review, but have been a customer at several locations since Massage Envy opened it's doors and am seriously thinking about canceling my membership. Too much money to spend when you leave the massage more sore than when you came in.

I wish I didn't have to put any stars. Steer clear! They'll suggest services without mentioning the upcharge. Terrible, shady business people at this location.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Over 9 months ago I canceled my monthly membership due to not liking the service. I still had one massage owed to me, but they told me if I canceled I would not be able to use. No biggie. Today they called me and told me that I owe them for 9 months of monthly membership payments. Please note, I have NOT received any massages during this time period. So they tried to charge my card for $540 without my permission and called me when they got a decline. Can you believe that? They then had the nerve to let me know that I owed them this money. They could easily look in my file and see that I haven't been to them at ALL and that in fact they still owed me a massage! Terrible business practices. This is not loving your customer. I'm so thankful my bank declined this fraudulent purchase. If they contact me again I plan to contact the Attorney General and report them for unscrupulous business practices.
