This was a unique and relaxing experience. I was excited to try it. When it began, I thought there was no way I could lay still for an hour. But when the lights came on (indicating my time was over) it seemed like only seconds had passed. I felt very relaxed and refreshed. I would highly recommend it for stress reduction and a mode to practice mindfulness/meditation.

I've been floating here for almost two years and have recommended it to many. I love it and have been hooked from the very first time. It's so relaxing, I start destressing as soon as I walk in the door. It's clean, inviting and the owners are great people. I can't say enough about what a fantastic experience it is each and every time I go. Love it!

My husband & I had our first float last night & definitely planning to go back...it was such a neat experience you just have to try! Theta Floats was a super nice clean place with a welcoming atmosphere:) Kelly was so great to work with & explained everything so well for us first timers! Highly recommend :)

This place is amazing. The owners are very knowledgeable and kind. The facility is clean and comfortable. I really like the way they set up the float rooms. It's much better than the float pods I've been in at other places. This place is definitely worth the trip if you find yourself anywhere near Indianapolis.

Omg. ... This is completely amazing. First, when you walk in the place is very neatly decorated. They greet you with a smile and go over everything you may need to know. They provide the towels and even shampoo. Once you've showered you get into the float tank and get ready for an hour of solid relaxation. You float weightless in salt water and everything relaxes. Gives you a chance to clear your mind and decompress. Can't say enough about this gem. You MUST call them and make a reservation. They do not accept walk ins. Well worth your time.
