My appointment told to be on Saturday and they booked on Sunday then it was canceled because the massage therapist didn't show up to work. They didn't not reschedule my appointment just told me they call me when the is a opening. Refund m

Great massage... But was not notified before hand that there is a charge for essinial oils added to your massage lotion.the receptionist just asked if I would like to add essential oil to my lotion never saying that it was an extra charge a little deceitful. Also after the massage felt pressured into scheduling another appointment or joining the club to get a massage every month.I just stated if I wanted to schedule a 9 massage I would call and make an appointment felt a little pressured. Giving three stars primarily just for the massage

People whom complain about not wanting to join the Club needs to study the Benefits. I’ve always had Excellent, & Extremely Polite Professionalism from the Staff. I was even out of town & got an appointment promptly. Cancellation Policy are extremely Common. Doctors & Dentist all have their Strict 24 Hours Cancellation Policy. Therefore: it’s their Commission. For those People that Complain not able getting an Appointment, could be the same People that failed to Cancel, then Complain about being charge a fee. You’re ting up the Persons time, giving the Confidential Treatment. That could of had another person. As fair as the Management. It’s all Equal Attitude. We all have our bad days. So, I Dealt Complaing here before resolving will prove your point. Other Customers, hoping will Ignore on Complaint over say: 1 in 50=2% 1 in 25=4% & so on.

I come here for migraines and I've never found anything or anyone who does a better job of relieving that. The staff is so welcoming and recognizes me whenever I come and I've never had a bad massage since I joined last year. Definitely recommend it!

Showed up at 5 PM on Monday. Sign says it’s open till six - Doors are locked and no one is inside.

I love my facials from Angela! She's very knowledgable and doesn't miss a detail. Thanks to her, my skin has taken a 360. Great location with helpful front desk staff.
