I would give the therapists and staff 5 stars!!! On the other hand, getting an appt. is extremely difficult due to staffing shortages. In addition there was a significant membership price increase in January. SRM gave notice of the price increase by handing out notes. I never received notice because SRM canceled my December appointment and there weren’t any available times to reschedule. It wasn’t until I looked at my checking account that I knew of the increase. Now, because of their 2 month notice requirement to cancel, I have to pay for February and March and have very little confidence I will be able to get appointments. I find it interesting they require a long notice but are not willing to give their clients the same consideration.

Great service and awesome staff. Very flexible schedule and can often get you in short notice. I just wish the chiropractor was there more than 3 days a week!

The massage was great. She did a good job of attending to the specific issues I wanted to address. She also gave me some ways to do self-massage at home. One thing to know before going is that they can only take tips in cash or check. You can pay by credit card, but you can't add a tip. The last time I went, the front desk person's mask was not covering her nose.

Friendly staff and very professional. The massage was wonderful and something that I need to do for self care more often.

I've had chronic back issues for years. A good friend of mine referred me to Sister Rosalind. I was skeptical at first because massage never helped my pain much before. I am so glad I went! I've been going weekly now for about 6 weeks and have noticed a significant decrease in pain. The therapists are knowledgeable and the treatments are affordable. The only down side is that there is no parking lot street parking only but I've never had to much of a problem finding a spot.

Dr. Brausen is the best chiropractor ever. I have been going here for years whenever I get pain or back trouble, and he always helps. He's wonderful.

Great location, friendly people, and after a few adjustments i felt 10 times better. Usually a very open schedule so you don't have to make an appointment too far out. Insurance also covered most of my cost
