At one time before COVID, this was a decent location. However since the mandated lockdowns, locations closed in the metro area I would not recommend this business. This in no way reflects the therapists. I have always had a good experience with them. The owner had the audacity to raise the monthly rate for members even though it is nearly impossible to get a massage appointment. If you are lucky to get a massage appointment it's 6-7 weeks in advance. The owner also had the nerve to keep automatically charging it's members during the shutdown. What's the use of getting a massage if you can't get in regularly. I have heard all the sob stories about the business being unable to get therapists. I want results not more excuses
Individual therapists are fine not all, some are good some are not, totally different standards in training but there are never appointments available and the staff don’t seem to have any idea how to help you understand your membership or get you booked. Honestly the worst massage envy I’ve ever been to having a membership for years.
Can’t get an appointment to save my life. They’re just draining my bank account every month. Finally decided I would go for services I wasn’t as interested in such as facials so that I could use up my credits I’ve amassed so many since I can’t use them before I cancel…because when you do cancel they take away what you’ve paid for so it’s like flushing your money straight down the toilet. Booked an appointment. Showed up. “Oh, we’re sorry, we tried to call you but your voicemail is full.” Person hadn’t shown up for work and wasn’t answering her phone. I was going to ask for help getting some future bookings but the person at the front desk was so prickly and unfriendly I decided not to bother. I really wish I’d never signed up with this company.
This location appears closed. Had a 9am appt and the door is locked and all product, computer systems are gone. I did not receive any phone calls, emails, or text messages about this closure. The message envy website still has my appt listed. Similarly to other reviews I also had a membership package which I had to extend because there is not enough availability. This is extremely unprofessional
I have been a member for 10 years and I absolutely love this location for the amazing staff and massage therapists.! The facials are awesome as well! Everything is always clean and well put together. Thank you for your dedication to an overall wonderful experience!!
Worst massage I have ever had. The masseuse was obviously a tense and awkward for some reason she had hang nail that kept scratching me during the massage she kept fiddling with things around the room for quite some time eating into the actual massage time. Massage itself was very meh and I feel silly for having paid for this. It really didn’t seem as if this masseuse knew what she was doing at all. I’ve had multiple massages and I know they’re not supposed to be like that. And the number they respond to this post and have up does not work.
Worst than absolutely horrible!!! I would give it minus 100 stars if possible. I showed up for my 90 minute massage with Steven today. Although the mask policy has been lifted, Steven still requires a mask. I was given not advance notice to Steven's personal policy. My massage for today was cancelled after I have taken time off from work and showed up on time for my massage. During COVID there were limited massages available but dues were still charged. I scheduled advanced appointments for November and December. All of my appointments were cancelled by Massage Envy with no credits or concessions given to my account. In January my massage was again cancelled by Massage Envy....no credit or concession given. After my experience today, I asked for the months dues to be credited back to my account. The front desk informed me that ME does not give credits!!! I insisted on speaking with a manager. There was no one available because ME is seeking to hire a new manager....go figure!! I asked for a phone number to call someone in charge. I was told there were no phone numbers for managers and was given the email for Chelsea Currier, Director of Operations I insisted on a phone number and refused to leave the premises until given an actual phone number. The front desk threatened to call the police. I invited them to do so. One of the front desk staff went to the back, apparently to call Chelsea Currier,....and came back with a phone number...apparently a bogus number which answers "The Google subscriber is not available". While in the ME I also asked for slots available for a one hour massage in order to give one of my credits to a friend. I was told the ME therapists were booked up through July...but ME will continue to bill for monthly dues. The front desk staffer instructed to go to another location to use my credits!!! I have belonged to Massage Envy in Atlanta and Fort Lauderdale and I have been very pleased with the service in those cities. This location apparently cannot hire therapists to support the monthly membership demand for service. Another caution...ME uses a separate method for tipping. The pad will indicate the level of tip to be given to the therapist. For my last message of 90 minutes $90 in credits the pad shows 20% = $34.45. 20% of $90 = $18. The charge was almost double!!! I would normally tip more than 20% but the charge is very deceptive in the calculation. This Massage Envy is a Sham and a Scam!!!
I have been kept on hold for up to 7 minutes trying to make an appointment. As well as no communication regarding my upcoming appointment being cancelled. The therapists are great, but I feel like it could be ran better. UPDATE: I did exactly what the owner requested. I have yet to hear back. It's been a few weeks. Don't bother going here. Massage Envy is great, but this location and management could clearly care less.
I’ve been going to this location for a few years now and they have been nothing but professional and accommodating for me over the time I’ve been going. Jen is one of the aestheticians and I’ve been seeing her for over a year. She is wonderful and has really helped my skin! I occasionally get massages and Casper is also really wonderful! He has magic hands! Highly recommend this location!!
I had a massage with Suzanne yesterday. She was fantastic. She did some stretches that were new to me and at the end she showed me some additional stretches I can do for myself to help with the fact that I sit at a computer all day. The massage was also great. She focused on the areas I needed her to focus on and I walked out of there feeling taller and more relaxed.
