Yesterday i had thee best massage, Jay you really exceeded my expectations!!!! I had a knot in my back for 2 days and i feel like a spring chicken today. Thank you for caring and listening to my stories during our session. Massage Envy employees have ALWAYS been helpful and wonderful to me.

Message envy quoted me $75.00 for 1 hr. I went in and they wanted to charge me $120. Be careful, the try to lure you in and pull a bait and switch routine.!

I love ve this place jave been going there for over a year. Very much recommend Yvonne for a strong massage and Casandra for facials and face peels.

I don’t know if they can legally change the price of the membership fee without consent but they did! And without informing me. 15 minutes of your paid massage is wasted on the masseuse getting ready for the next client. I will be canceling my membership! They make you use all your hours in a very short period of time so they try to lock you in. Do not get a membership at any massage envy!!

What a treat it was to get a facial for the first time at massage envy. My estitician Rosie was a true delight to work with! I was eager to know about what she was doing and using. She educated me about skin care and product knowledge along the way. She made me laugh as we talked about our own personal lives and how similar we were. Gave me tips on where to eat since I'm a foodie like her. I left there with my skin glowing and my heart full as I know I've made a new friend. Can't wait for my next fantastic facial with Rosie!

Cynthia is highly recommended. Especially if you love deep tissue massages. She has the ability to take my headaches away 10 mins into the session.

Front desk people are so nice and professional! Kassandra gives the best 90 min facials, highly recommend booking your next facial with her!

My spouse and I have been very satisfied members here for nearly 3 years. It's an amazing place. We have booked with well over a dozen therapists here because it seems that everyone is truly great. The health and posture benefits alone have been worth every penny, not to mention the restful and friendly atmosphere that lifts your spirits. The front staff people are very professional and call ahead to remind us of upcoming appointments. Fantastic place and people!

My husband and I both have memberships here and everyone is friendly and do a great job. The only complaint that we both have is that every single time that we have went in for a one hour massage our massages get cut short. If I'm not going to get a full hour then I shouldn't be charged for a full hour. Or maybe I should just stop tipping?

Wow, super upset with this place. Had an appointment for massage and facial at 3pm. Planned my whole day around it. Single mom and kids are away so this was something I was really looking forward to. They called to cancel the facial part of my appointment at 12:43 because an employee called in sick. Wow, so unprofessional! I've gotten 3 appointment reminders from them during the week, now they have no one to take me. The facial girl that is there leaves at 3pm and is booked, I'm so mad! They should call someone in and not make this my inconvenience. Terrible customer service. Thanks for ruining my Saturday massage envy!
