Massage Heights Dilworth

I’ve been a member on and off for a couple of years with Massage Heights and wasn’t sure if I wanted to continue with the program. Today Nicole assisted in resolving my membership options. I have been searching for a great massage therapist since I moved from Raleigh in 2012 and finally found one in Kaleigh. She takes time to find out what areas need the most work. She uses the perfect pressure but doesn’t mind if you ask for more or less. She has great recommendations on things you can do after your massage to keep your muscles in tip top shape. She is also ok if you want to chat or just relax while she does her magic. I highly recommend her if you are looking for relaxation or have some serious kinks that need to be worked out. The Dilworth location is also very nice, clean & quiet. The staff is very nice & helpful too.

I've received several massages before but this one was amazing! I arrived and was instantly greeted with wonderful hospitality. The front desk were polite and took interest in my life. I decided to do a 90 minute session with hot stones and it was the best thing ever! My therapist was amazing and they took great care of me. They really took into consideration my needs and wants for the session. The owner and manager were up front after my session and introduced themselves - very friendly people and professional. Will definitely be back for more sessions!

So embarrassed I tried to make this a treat for my date. How is this establishment really in the Dilworth community. My Wife and I walk in to 2 folks at the counter and absolutely no greeting, more like we were inconveniencing them for showing up for a BOOKED appointment. Kudos to them they did offer us to use the restroom prior to our massages and mold was the first to greet us. On top of this the employees Andi and whoever the owner was, were beyond rude to us no matter what the question was. The cleanliness of the establishment and rude staff lead us to not even wanting to continue with our service. Seriously, why would we want to get prepped for a massage, then touched by therapists that accept that type of atmosphere to work in. We were disgusted and requested to cancel. They immediately without any consideration or remorse told us they would need to charge us for full services and didn't bat an eye when we expressed how disgusted we were. This establishment is one that should be in the hood of charlotte as that is how they conduct business. Gross, rude, and unacceptable to be in our Dilworth community--- so many more options, stay away.

I am loving my this location. Can’t pick my favorite. Tori is fantastic for relaxation. Very professional. Mike is great to work out any of those kinks. He finds those muscles and makes them relax. And Jim is good for both. They staff is friendly, professional and the place is spotless. Love getting a massage and then relaxing at one of the local eateries.
