Dr Massaro is very to the point. He does not take any time socializing and at first I found this off putting , but when it came to the actual surgery he was fantastic. I am very very satisfied with my results. Thank you Dr. Massaro

If you care about avoiding trigeminal nerve damage, do NOT go to to this”‘iD doc”. He operated on me 8/21/21 and the nerve pain as of 6/3/21 continues.

Complete waste of time! Not a good experience

Dr. Massaro was very kind and professional. I had two cysts removed from my lower eyelid. He explained the procedure and told me what to expect. He talked during the procedure, totally putting me at ease. He seems very experienced and has a good bedside manner. I would highly recommend him.

The staff was very helpful, and my results were excellent. I would highly recommend Dr. Massaro.

Had to pay a $50 scheduling fee to make an appt. Then they billed my insurance! Was told he was the best in MKE, so I wanted to proceed. Asked for pre-authorization for insurance. Never heard another word. Surgery scheduler did not return my calls. I'll spend my $5000 somewhere else.
