My experience at this location was very good! The service was prompt and friendly. They were able to get me and my son in for back to back appointments. The doctor made sure she addressed any questions or concerns I had. I think they need more chairs to accommodate all of their customers but other than that, it was a great experience and definitely will be going back!
Vision Works saved my sight. The optometric had watched conditions over a period of years. Noticed my condition had worsened. The specialist had to preformed many surgeries and injections. A year later I'm almost normal. When I returned to the store they had my old files and was able to compare and make corrections. The location on Appleton Avenue is the Absolute BEST! They are caring, efficient, and honest. Can't imagine trusting my vision to anyone else. THANKS TEAM!
The male reception pick me up some beautiful glasses after mines have broke and repaired them...he real nice that's the only reason why I like going there if I can just only talk to him
My visit went quickly, waiting only a couple minutes before I was called to be seen. However, it did take a little longer to choose my glasses and I will have to return another time for that reason. On my second visit Nicole was very patient as I made my final decisions with my frames. The associates are knowledgeable about the products and how the insurance works. Everyone was very polite dury the entire process. Thank you vision works.
The staff is friendly and professional, and the service done in a timely manner. The staff was very helpful in assisting me chose the right glasses. All in all it was a very an excellent experience.

The associates are very friendly and we're very nice enough to remind me to come back in a year so that I can have backup classes and not have a situation that I recently ran into. They were very friendly and thorough upon the examination. They were very friendly and made the process very easy and understandable! This place is an excellent place to go to to get your glasses!

Visionworks on Capitol and Appleton Ave. in Milwaukee, WI was absolutely professional, fast, and efficient. I loved my whole experience with them. Customer service was great. I'll definitely be coming back for all of my optical needs in the future.
I'm so grateful for Visionworks marketing department to continue repeatedly sending emails about coming in. They reminded me that I was overdue for an appointment. I knew that I needed glasses but failed to come in because, I thought glasses were useless at this point. The doctor examined me and gave me the exact beneficial news I was hoping and praying for.
