Massimo Restaurant

We had a great dinner at Massimo! Our waiter was super nice and knowledgeable & the rest of the staff was also very attentive. The drinks were unique and tasted good. We loved the burrata appetizer! Our entrees were very hearty & tasty! The lava cake was also so good! Expect to leave extremely full & happy!!

We started with mussels, which are smoky and in a fresh tomato broth--absolutely wonderful. I had the grilled pork chop, paired with caramelized figs, gnocchi tossed w/ brown butter, and roasted cauliflower which was phenomenal. My partner had the squid ink pasta with lobster in a tomato cream sauce. All wonderful.

Had the best Italian food in a very long time!! Ordered the Margarita pizza, four cheese rigatoni pasta and Canoli trio. This place has the best ambience, service and food at a nominal $$ price! A must visit spot in Providence, RI.

Great restaurant for lunch or dinner! Their menu selections are broad and tantalizing albeit pricey. I love their cocktails and eggplant sauce! I highly recommend Massimo.

It was a whole fish presentation with ZERO bones. I comment on this detail because while I love seafood, I have a fish bone phobia. Nick assured me it was all the whole fish eye candy presentation without bones. He was right. It was a light lemon and wine finish over a perfectly grilled fillet with hints of capers. Delicious!

Food is pretty much average. Tried a bunch of things and nothing really wowed me. Prices are high portions are small. There is much better out there in the hill.
