We are a local owned math center in Centennial Hills (NW Las Vegas). In the summer, we offer group camps and private Kickstart programs for all ages.

Story

Math Corner is a locally owned and operated tutoring center that was designed specifically to meet the needs of students in our area. We’re not a franchise with strict rigid rules, so we can tailor and adapt as students and standards change. Since we opened we've added many services that meet the specific needs of students in the Northwest Centennial Hills area including our Arbor View Special Instruction, EOC Prep program and now our new workshop series.

Our owners, Chris Southworth and Jessica Robinson are instructors at UNLV with degrees in math. They opened Math Corner with the express intent of improving confidence, skills and overall college readiness with the unique perspective of having work with thousands of Nevada high school graduates at freshman college level. We know where the students need to achieve their goals beyond high school and we help lead them in the right direction.

Elementary and Middle School students also love coming to Math Corner as we make things interactive, fun and relatable to their personal learning style, not a cookie cutter worksheet and test model.

All of our programs have no binding contracts or long term commitments. Our families stay with us because we're helping their student achieve their goals, not due to a contract they signed.
