I have worked with Matrix at various levels for past seven 7 years. On top of being a fun group to work with, they know what they are doing. Ryan is fantastic in building relationships across the business sectors, JP is great in discovering the best solution for your business, and you could not ask for a better engineer than Jeremy, who not only knows more than I think I would ever fit into my brain, but can explain it to non-technical people better than anyone I have ever met. In addition, their technical support team is very responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. A+ all the way.

We have had a great experience working with Matrix. When it comes to starting VOIP from scratch, and moving over from an analog system to a digital there are lots of choices. I personally have tried to do it on my own with a previous company. The money my new company spent to utilize Matrix was very well spent. Utilizing the tech team to review our current systems and build out a solution that worked THE FIRST TIME the way we wanted with minor adjustments was extremely valuable.
