Mattress Firm Arboretum Shopping Center

I had been sleeping on the same mattress for 20 years. It got to a point that I would simply roll to the left side of the mattress, and I just dealt with it until...well I couldn't stand it anymore. Shopping at Mattress Firm was a breeze. The sales manager Sam was very easy to work with. He was very pleasant, transparent and efficient with the process. I think I was in the store for 20 minutes and I got set up for a new mattress! The delivery and setup were seamless. I was given a 2-hour window the evening prior and they arrived when they said they would then set up and threw away my old mattress. Please note the cost of them throwing away an old mattress is an extra $100. I was also grateful they deliver on Sundays as most of us work during the week. They delivered exactly what they promised. My only surprise was I had to spend nearly $2000 on a full-size mattress and pillow. While my mattress is certainly comfortable to me in any case, it is not even one of the fancier ones that mold into your body or adjustable. But, as you can infer from reading, the last time I had bought a mattress was 20 years ago, so I probably just didn't even realize the price of getting a regular mattress is so high these days. I guess in this less forgiving world with raging inflation, we need to be prepared to shell out what still seems to me a large amount of money for basic life necessities.

I urgently needed a replacement frame and they certainly filled the bill. I don't recall the gentleman's name, but his service and attention were outstanding. The price I paid was competitive compared to Amazon and the quality seems high.

I had an excellent experience at this location. The salesmen were very informative, knew their products well, and never resorted to pressure selling. I’m very excited to experience a whole new level of sleep! I highly recommend stopping by this location if you’re in the market for a new mattress.

My 88 year old Momma was looking for a nice lift bed to help her sleep at night. Cliff came to our rescue. He took time to show my mom the available models, let her try them out and she found the one that was just right. Cliff also set us up with a convenient delivery time and the platinum bed removal service for the old bed. Thanks for the excellent customer service Cliff. The bonus was we went over Presidents weekend and hit a great sale! All in all it was a blessing .

Cliff greeted us in the AM at the door 6/21. He was extremely educated on his products. He asked the right questions and guided us to our eventual purchase which we made a day later. In the meantime after making myself crazy looking at mattresses on the internet all evening before going back. We are very pleased with our purchase. Cliff fielded other customers both days providing service to them and us equally always making sure we were satisfied. We are pleased with our customer experience with Cliff. The store is extremely hot which Cliff recognized and apologized for numerous times when my wife’s color started to glow. Come on corporate do something with this store it isn’t right. Cliff kept pointing the vent blowers at my wife as we moved around the store. They were blowing lukewarm air.

We found a great mattress at a good price. Zach was very helpful and we were able to get delivery the next day. The delivery process was easy and everything went just like they said it would. Great experience from start to finish!

Zach treated me like I was buying a house-full of top line bedding, when I was only getting the a low-end twin mattress & box spring. Very friendly, but remained professional. Highly equipped with the information I needed to make decisions. I've already passed his name along to a neighbor and will continue to recommend this store without hesitation.
