After a horrendous experience with the University City BLVD location BUYER BEWARE my original order was somehow transferred to the Sardis Road location, and I am GLAD! Total different experience. The professionalism, communication and delivery from the staff here was nothing short of amazing. Honestly I had cancelled my order because of the mistreatment from the staff at University City Blvd but Stephanie Leads and her team made this right. More importantly, they took ownership of what happened and brought the results necessary to turn this situation from a negative to a positive in record time. Gary the technician who brought out the remaining chairs was knowledgeable and professional also. He even fixed the first chair that they brought out which wasn’t assembled properly. We are pleased with the services received here at Sardis Road.

They called to let me know they were 15 minutes away, yet they were closer. Showed Brandon which room to put the matteress in and it was done in under 8 minutes. They were in and out. Thank you Brandon and Brandon for you impeccable handling of my purchase. You were very professional, and I love you manners.

Akeem and Dylan moved our furniture into our house for us and did a great job. They were polite, professional, and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. Thanks again guys.

We purchased furniture for our guest room and are thrilled with how it looks! Our salesperson was very helpful and the store gave excellent communication regarding delivery time. We shopped for this furniture at about 6 different places. Value City had the best quality and price and everything was done in a timely manner. Next time we need furniture we will definitely go back!!

Melvin and Tee did a great job delivering and setting up my new bed. I was impressed with the care they took getting it in and out and setting it up in a freshly painted room.

DECENT SALE BUT WORST DELIVERY! We bought a brown Vince sectional from this location right after thanksgiving and it arrived in December. We found the wedge in the center of the couch to be too sharp and one of the consoles was damaged so we asked and paid for a swap with an arm-less recliner chair and a new console. The Sales experience was ok and the staff was helpful but when it came time to deliver, things really fell apart! The delivery crew that was sent to swap out the wedge and console was the worst I've ever seen! They were rude, insisted on only taking the wedge, dropped off the new disconnected pieces in the middle of our living room, and would not even talk to us about putting the couch back together! And then they left trash in our foyer! They were in and out in 5 minutes flat!...more than five grand paid for this couch and we're left with a bunch of disconnected pieces!....I had thought that I'd seen bad customer service before but these guys set the bar even lower!...if I could give this review less than 1 star, I would! The store and the sales team are now trying to fix this mess...we'll see how it goes!

High quality furniture at amazing prices! We stopped here because we were looking for a nice kitchen table and R. Kelly was our salesman. Great personality and no pressure salesman. He was very informative about the inventory and made our buying experience seamless. Ask for Mr Kelly you won’t be disappointed!!!

Absolutely love the service from purchase to delivery. The delivery guys were courteous and prompt. Oh and I love my new couch!

Jay is super nice and a great salesman. He gave us a good deal on a high quality dresser. We had a short wait for them to load us, but the staff is very nice and helpful. We will definitely return here in the future.
