I'm a return customer to Rooms To Go and have had excellent experiences and also very poor ones. Today was fabulous. My salesman, Floyd Davis, have me a warm welcome and escorted me to the furniture I'd described to him. We went over my options, I made my choices and completed the paperwork. Mr David was knowledgeable, professional and attentive. He didn't hesitate to reach out to his manage Lisa, when he wanted verification of any answer or statement he'd given me. By the way, Lisa assisted me on a different occasion and she's superb. It was a pleasure conducting business with Mr David. I recommend you request him when you visit RTG.
Overall, I give my experience at the new location at Concord Mills 4 stars. I would’ve given 5, however several sales associates walked past and didn’t bother to acknowledge me or offer to assist. I had already made my mind up to order online instead when a gentleman asked if I needed help. He looked up all of the information on the living room suite and decor items I was interested in, and brought over a sales associate to assist me. Alexis whom was helping out from the Independence location was AWESOME in her assistance…Very personable and diligent. I really hope my sale helped her out in some major way !!!
After hours of shopping local stores, I was thrilled to find Rooms to Go, and specifically, Brendan my sales person! I only regret is I wish this was my first stop as the quality and selection or unmatched from local competitors. Brenden made the process seamless and I will be buying again from the store shortly. Thank you also to Lisa who processed the order on Brenden‘s day off and scheduled my delivery promptly! Great store with great people!
Floyd did a wonderful job of helping my wife and I find the right sleeper sofa. He took time to explain each product. He was very nice and professional. The store was well laid out and welcoming. We enjoyed our late evening visit & purchase. Thank you
We purchased a couch from this location and worked with Sales Associate, Carmen. From walking into the store to the couch delivery, we received exceptional service from Carmen and others at Rooms To Go. We had to cancel our initial order and Carmen quickly helped find us a new couch and had it delivered over 3 weeks quicker than scheduled. She followed up with us continuously to make sure everything was completed smoothly and we were satisfied. We love our new couch and the Rooms To Go associates made the process so easy. I would highly recommend going to this store for your furniture needs.
My wife and I had a great experience at Rooms to Go. When we arrived we were meet by Jermaine [Sale representative]. He greet us asked how could he assist. We informed him we were just looking and would advise if we needed his assistance. After finding some items we asked Jermaine if they had any Labor Day special too apply. Jermaine listen to our request and we showed him what we were looking for and he showed and explained the pros and cons of our selection. Jermaine was helpful and did not presuure us. He was professional and courtesy. Thank you for your assistance today.
All the staff I interacted it and observed with other customers were friendly and professional. Customer service is very important to me. I came in for a glance the first time an hour before closing and I didn't feel pressure to make a hurried decision or leave. My sales rep Sean was very patient and informative. I was able to come back a few days later to make my final decision from such a vast collection of quality furniture that would best suit my long term needs. I am happy with my selection and I highly recommend RTG on Independence Blvd.. Ask for Sean. He's great.
Absolutely fantastic experience! Floyd helped us furnish our new home. He was very patient as we made decisions, he never pressured us and was able to answer every one of our many questions with care and knowledge. He was kind from the moment we walked in to the final transaction. Floyd is a prime example of what customer service should look like! Thank you!
Today I took my mother to Room’s to Go at the 4315 E. Independence Blvd. location to shop for furniture and Ms.Tasha gave us the BEST customer service experience!! We arrived at little after 2:00pm and we didn’t leave until after 5:00pm. Ms. Tasha was very knowledgeable of the packaging and shared the various ways mom could mix and match her options. Ms. Tasha’s suggestions were on point and she had a sense of style and taste which matched my mom’s! She was patient and she answered all of my mom’s questions as well. I would recommend Ms. Tasha to friends and family or anyone needing to update their home spaces. The Independence location is one of the first Room’s to Go in Mecklenburg Co, and I believe it is the best! Inger H.
I've had good experiences with Rooms To Go both at this store and online, so I brought my mom here when she was looking for a new loveseat. Tasha was great in telling us what colors were available and providing info about delivery. She made what could have been a painful process very comfortable and easy. Great selection and great sales associates!
