Kate was awesome! My fiancé and I just recently moved to Charlotte, NC and purchased a couch and we are in love with our new couch. Even our pup is in love with it! The guys who delivered it was amazing as well. I had reached out because one of the pieces of the couch was missing a connector clip and Kate made sure to send her guy out asap to fix it. They’re very kind and truly care about their customers and goes above and beyond to make things right! I’ve already recommended my friends and family to shop from them. Highly recommended! I recently bought a house and needed furniture for the master bedroom and found K & D's Discount Furniture Store. From the moment I walked in the door, to the time that I walked out Kate and Denise were extremely helpful. I didn't know exactly what style bedroom furniture that I wanted but Denise took his time and walked me through all of the options in the store plus all of the options in the furniture catalog. The store is also very military/veteran/first responder friendly, offering additional discounts. The delivery, set-up, and trash take away were phenomenal. Amazing quality at a great price! We just purchased a large sectional couch here and couldn’t be happier- it is soooo big and beautiful! See picture below to see 90 pound Buddy loving it for reference. Have gotten so many compliments. Kate and Dennis were beyond kind and so willing to answer any questions I had. They also accommodated a last minute change in delivery date to something earlier which was so kind! The delivery guy Steven was also very helpful. Thank you so much!!! First off Kate and Dennis are the best people on earth! They greet you as you walk in and allow you to browse. The atmosphere is so comfortable and welcoming because they are real people providing a phenomenal service! Communication is top notch and delivery was impeccable! K & D’s are amazing. My husband and I were looking for a sofa/loveseat set for our new home. We ordered a couple of pieces from Amazon but weren’t pleased. We had the most awesome experience shopping at K & D's Discount Store 3 weeks ago! We had 45 mins of free time before having to pick up our daughter from dance class. My wife and I had been discussing getting a new dining room table for over a year but hadn't taken the time to shop around. The few we saw in the sales papers didn't impress us. We were debating what to do with the free time. I put in a Google search for furniture stores in the area and this one popped up only 5 mins away. Upon walking in we were greeted with a smile and handshake by Pablo. He asked if we were looking for anything in particular. We told him what we had in mind and he showed us what he had. Pablo knew the basics and the questions he couldn't answer he immediately said, "Let me ask my boss" . I loved that about him. Dennis came over and elaborated on the different sets we had questions about. He told us how he shopped hi and low, in and out of the country to find unique pieces of furniture and a variety of other items. We told him we were veterans and he informed us that his dad too served in the military. Even though this was our first stop to look at furniture Dennis and Pablo made it our last stop and it all took place within 30 mins of closing. No rushing us, no pushing up sales, just good old fashioned customer service at its finest! Dennis provided us a military discount on an already sale item. The delivery was within 2 days of purchase and they arrived at the scheduled time that they told me. Stephen and Pablo put my set together in a short amount of time and cleaned up behind themselves. We are totally satisfied with the service and our new dining room set. It's easy to clean and I don't have to use coasters because no stains are left on the table from our drink glasses. The table has the capability to go from 92 inches in length to 72 in by folding down the center leaf and It's quite easy to do. We are ready for the holidays! Casually looking at sectionals on Facebook market and stumbled across KnD. I messaged for more details and quickly received a response! They were perfect on communication and detailed information. The next morning I had a new sectional in my living room! Great delivery experience and the sectional is beautiful and comfortable!! Highly recommend this company!!

There aren’t enough good words to say about K & D’s! I was in search of an affordable and high quality dining room set and found the perfect fit for my apartment.
