Mattress Firm Cascade Station

David was very helpful and a great salesman making it way too easy to spend a lot on a mattress. Ha ha! Our choice wasn’t available immediately so haven’t experienced the delivery yet but so far so good. I bought a previous set for our guest bedroom and was happy with the product options and customer service.

Fast, easy, helpful employee with great customer service. I just needed a box spring and I was very glad she didn’t try to up sell me or anything. And the warehouse worker that loaded it in our truck was quick and nice too.

David had the best customer service he explained all we need to know and help us to make a right choice .

Our shopping experience with Gabby was so nice. No mattress pushing here. He asked what brought us in and had us lay on 3 different types of mattresses and let us decide with one was best for us. Then when we needed to get financed to purchase our dream mattress he help us with that quick and easy. Loving the new mattress.

Super friendly! We were the only ones in the store but the customer service was amazing for having to close in 15. Yes that sounds rude but we drove 50 min to be in the area... anyways, got an amazing stew of a price for two luxury pillows! Would highly recommend!
