Our sleep expert , Jenner , was fantastic. After listening to our needs He was able to direct us to several different mattresses that would work for us. He answered all our questions , allowed us all the time we needed on each mattress , and gave us plenty of privacy so we could discuss which option would work the best for us , all without any sales pressure . He was also able to find us a little more savings on the mattress we choose. I would highly recommend Jenner at the Mattress Firm for all your future mattress needs .

Our experience was excellent! The sales representative was very thoughtful and considerate. He gave us plenty of space to look around and think about stuff. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and genuine. He gained our trust quickly and made the sale. The delivery team delivering our new bed was very efficient and friendly. They were in and out in 10 to 15 minutes.

This is actually my 3rd purchase in the past 5 years. I bought a bed for our guest room, then one for my uncle who has a disability, and now for myself. Each time I felt like they listened well to what my budget and my needs were. They offered up some great options and things to consider that I hadn't. I've been pleased enough to come back as well as recommend them to others.

I had bought a mattress for my mom a few years ago here, so when it came time for a new mattress for myselfI naturally went there, too. Michael was not pushy but offered several alternatives in my price range. I was pleased to get a new set up delivered at my convenience. Thank you.

This review is based on my shopping EXPERIENCE visiting 3 Mattress Firm locations, since I've only had the Queen Beautyrest mattress for about 5 hours now. My personal shopping and mattress pickup experience was 5 star. I was greeted pleasantly at all locations main store, closeout store, warehouse. Time was taken to answer all of my questions, and I was not pressured to buy something I could not afford. I took 2 days to try out different mattress while "Rick" salesman was courteous and helpful both days as I tried out various styles in my price range. Rick was quite knowledgeable and helped me understand my choices. At the end of my two day mattress search, I was treated well, I'm happy with my mattress decision, and would definitely return to do business with the people I encountered in the NE Portland MF locations.

Our sales associate Michael was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The experience was easy and quick. Would highly recommend this Mattress Firm to anyone looking for a bed.

The staff person was very friendly and helpful. He was very patient while I tried a bunch of different mattresses.. He was knowledgeable about all the mattresses and answered all of my questions. It was a pleasant experience!

Monty has great customer service we went to the Jantzen beach location told us when he would be there that he also was at the cascade station we had things going on so it just landed on the day he was at that location we asked if he was giving that price he told us a few days ago and did . We appreciate people like this it makes me want to come back he listened to want we needed not what he wanted to sell . He wasn’t pushing like a lot of salesmen are. Thank u very much . We had searched a few places for a box spring for my daughters therapeutic mattress came in they had them in stock and very reasonable picked up same day.
