I was greeted with a warm smile and a pleasant hello upon my arrival. All of the employees were very friendly and professional. I was treated with great respect and I was totally satisfied with my purchase. Mr. Reggie Lewis' communication skills, coupled with his personality, and his expertise, make doing business with him a pleasure. Before making my purchase, I had shopped around at other mattress companies and I am confident that I made the right choice and I received the best deal, bar-none.

Reggie is a great representative for Mattress Firm. He is very focus and attentive to the what the customer want. Reggie was very informative about the difference in 2 mattress I was inquiring about for my mom so I could decide which one would best fit her needs. The mattress purchase had a great special including an adjustable frame. My mom have a platform bed with drawers in the front, Reggie was not sure if that would work so he called the guy that delivers the mattress & set up the adjustable frame. That particular frame would not work with the platform bed my mom needed the adjustable bed with zero clearance. Reggie said he would find a resolution because the platform bed had drawers in the front. Reggie called the delivery guy back, he explained to Reggie what would work. I didn’t know I could get the one my mom needed and the price of the free adjustable bed would be credited to the one I needed. Thanks Reggie for going above and beyond giving exceptional customer service. Reggie is an excellent representation in the community. I will be referring him to my family and friends. Great customer service by the tall, mellow guy at the desk. He listened and immediately took us back to try out two inexpensive, queen bed options one foam, one spring. Squared away our paperwork quickly, let us know we had free delivery if we could wait til Monday, and helped load the mattress when we decided to get it today instead. Highly recommend this location and sales person.

Absolutely a wonderful experience! Gabby was extremely knowledgeable about products and made me feel at home. Her positive attitude and calm demeanor invited into the store and fostered a warm customer relation. I got want I needed for my bedrooms and also gained an awesomely great buying experience. I went in the Carrollton Street store to pick out an adjustable bed. I explain to the salesman, what I needed and how I wanted to pay for it. I informed him that I would return on the next day to put payment down on the bed. He told me that they close at 8:00 p.m. I returned just as I stated, the salesman Mr. Reggie was off. When I showed the salesman in the store Alex, the paperwork, he did not know what I was talking about. I explained that Mr.Reggie said I could come and put a down payment on the bed , and we could finish up the paperwork. He looked at my paperwork and asked how much do I want to put down? I stated what I wanted to put down, and he rung it up. I paid. Then after reading more of the paperwork, he stated I had to call the people and set up payment, he was going to credit it back to my debit card.

The sales rep, Alex, was absolutely AMAZING!! He was knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses available. Alex was able to provide me with a great mattress that met all of my requirements within my budget. He was extremely patient with me

Reggie is very knowledgeable of product and use. He helped us choose a pillow that fits both of our needs. We have worked with him in the past. We will continue to cal upon him for his expertise.
