Mattress Firm Clearance

After the 3rd try we finally got a bed that was completely intact. We had two box springs in a row that was ripped, and torn. Joel, Joe, and Travis were very nice, and helpful. We felt they did everything within their power. Travis worked out a really nice deal on a bed for us. However, I can fault Mattress Direct with the process of getting delivery sorted as the wait was very slow. Delivery was slow is because another employee did not get the replacement scheduled so that created long, and unnecessary delays for us. The trucks were always fully booked. We were told often it would be another day. Furthermore, quality control should have happened before it was brought to our home from the warehouse twice. After several failed attempts we felt it was necessary to inspect the third box springs our self at the warehouse before it was even brought to our home. Great service, but Delivery, and Quality Control need working on.

Travis was the best sales person we spent the day looking for a new mattress for our 8 year old and he was friendly and patient with allowing her to test and retest each mattress before deciding on the perfect one. We got a great deal and spent less money for a better quality mattress than we would have at the other places we looked.

Matress Firm Clearance on Reno made our mattress purchase super easy! Travis was not pushy and very helpful in showing us different options that fit our price range. If looking for a mattress, we’d highly recommend giving them a visit!

Went there for the first time and left with a smile. I would advise anyone to go there for your mattress. Go and ask for travis.
