Bob Miller was super helpful from the moment we walked in! We had no idea what we were looking for in a mattress and he walked us around and showed us what they had to offer, and explained the difference. He was amazing at explaining everything so we understood exactly what we were getting for what price. I would definitely come back for any other mattress needs.

UPDATE: THANKS WES FOR MAKING IT HAPPEN! After having issues placing an order from the website I walked into the store at Belle Isle Station and met Bob Miller. He immediately gave me his attention and I explained my problem with my attempt to order on line. Bob showed me around and made some really great recommendations for the type of mattress I was looking for. Bob gave me great deal with no pressure sales and was a great communicator! I cannot thank Bob Williams enough for taking the time to listen to me and helping me find what I needed. He is definitely an asset to Mattress Firm. Thanks Bob!

I went to mattress firm in need of a bed, I called up there and spoke to Mr. Bob Miller and he told me about all the great deals and how I can finance and get me started! I went into the store and found Bob and he started off showing me the different styles of bed and we found te perfect one for me and all in my budget!! What a fantastic place and a person to shop with!!
