First off , get the gel bed if you're going to get a new bed like I did, then make sure you get it here best deals on mattresses in the city. My mattress would've costed $1,800 at any large chain and I got out of there under $500 with a metal frame and box spring, im not even joking. Second The owner and his associate were very easy to work with and genuine people with no pressure, I just made my way around to a few I liked in my range asked a lot of questions and was able to settle based on my needs And last but not least I've had the mattress a week now and it's been refreshing I gotta say I haven't slept this well in years, this is hands down the best investment in a while. Will be returning here to do business again!

Great beds!! Absolutely love the customer service they provided. Mike answered the phone and was super friendly. They're prices were great deals. I had no problem finding a selection, their staff was very friendly and helpful. Awesome service over all happy with both my bed and the customer service!

Called ahead of time to assure the mattresses we were wanting were available. Mike, who answered the phone, was very friendly and assure me he would have the beds available when I made the long drive. Upon arrival, Mike remembered my husband and my name, greater us with a handshake and began meeting our requests. He then spent a few moments speaking with us, making us feel as if we were valued customers. He then loaded our two sets of mattresses and frames into our truck and spent several minutes tieing them down to assure we didn't loose them on the highway. We received another hardy handshake and he wished us a safe trip home. Once the mattresses were set up, the persons sleeping on them stated they were very comfortable and were exactly as stated in Mike's ad. Mike includes a very nice write up on how to care for mattresses that should be read by all who purchase a new mattress. I will certainly refer the Bed Man to those looking for quality affordable mattresses with old fashioned style customer service. Thank you Mike.

I needed several mattresses after a water damage. Michael was very helpful and prices were great. Love the BedMan!!! Great customer service
