Brittany is the best!! I highly recommend going to see her. If you didn't know anything about a mattress or sleep, she will educate you in a friendly and easy way. She wasn't pushy like any other sales people I saw that day. I am also happy to know that if I don't like the mattress I am not stuck with it. They give you 2 exchanges in a 120 night trial. Or your full money back if you aren't satisfied. What mattress store around here gives your full money back!? Only Mattress Firm!

Choosing a mattress is tough-there so many brands, feels, accessories you can add to them. Who would have thought picking a mattress would be so difficult? Thank God for Mattress Firm and Brittany over at Quail Springs. She took me through their Comfort by Color system and really explained everything in great detail. We ended up finding out my color was blue and narrowed it down to my perfect mattress. Brittany was never pushy and always had a smile and really made the process enjoyable and comfortable..(laying on a bunch of mattresses in front of a stranger is weird, but I never felt weird with her!) Thank you so much! 10/10 would recommend🙌🏽

Great experience with Brittany! Got in and told her what we were looking for and she helped us find the perfect fit. Was a wonderful experience and I will definitely use them again in the future.

I highly recommend mattress firm, not only are the prices the best their manager Brittany was very helpful with finding exactly what my family needed within our budget! She was so polite and professional! Some of the other leading mattress stores we had shopped at I felt “pressured” to buy but Brittany didn’t make me feel that way at all! She was patient with how long I was looking and helpful with all of my questions! The store was clean, organized, and in a convenient location! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Brittany at Mattress Firm! She is highly professional and incredibly knowledgeable. From not knowing anything about mattresses to knowing exactly what you want, Brittany will work with you every step of the way. Not to mention their incredible prices!
