Julian took care of me when I went mattress shopping and spent a good deal of time with me, answering all my questions etc. he looked up additional info for me, to make sure I was getting the same mattress model that a friend of mine had purchased in another state. When I went back to make the purchase, it was his day off but Ms Anika cheerfully placed the order and assured me Julian would be credited w the sale. Friendly and knowledgeable staff made the initial purchase a pleasure.

DJ you are the most caring compassionate attentive & patient person I’ve come across in a long time. Thanks for everything. He made sure I got the correct mattress for my disabilities. Very understanding & listen to everything I said I wanted. My experience was outstanding and Mattress Firm should be proud to say that you’re employed by them. Keep up the great work man. Our salesperson Miss Renita was very professional, knowledgeable, patient and welcoming! She asked what we needed in particular and showed us around the mattresses and the prices and we made a purchase making sure to ask what questions she needed to know in order for us to get the perfect mattress, and we did! We will recommend this store!

The store manager was excellent. However now that I have a problem with bed, there seems to be nothing anyone can do. A repair that was supposed to happen 2 days after my first call has now gone into 7 days. The local store seems to have no way to help. Promises to call back have been broken. I am on chemo and after a treatment it is critical that I am able to comfortably be able to be in bed. That can’t happen to the bed is repaired. I will not recommend that anyone go to Thais company to buy anything. I will also let the world know about the terrible customer service

I was very satisfied with the experience at this mattress firm. The lady, Miss. Anika was kind, thorough, informative, and the best part is she wasn't pushy! I like how she also took the time to make sure that all options were explored before making a decision and I think that's what made this visit so special.
