Rodney was very helpful and explained all the options on the adjustable bases. We were very happy with the Black Friday sale! We also just helped our parents in California get a new bed, and the store in Carlsbad was great, as well.
My bestie and I had a great time on our tempurpedic exploratory trip at this mattress firm location! Kyle is not only very knowledgeable about every mattress in the store but he is also a great communicator! I always do a lot of research prior to going in person and Kyle was able to put a bow on all of the specs and reviews I had been digesting online. Customer service is alive and well here!! This mattress firm location had all of the new models for testing and the entire experience was bar non! This is your sales guy!
We had to do a comfort exchange and our salesperson Rodney was awesome in making it a seamless transaction. He is very knowledgeable regarding your mattress need according to how you sleep.
My family and I came in with little expectations of what we would find at MattressFirm. Kyle immediately welcomed us in and helped narrow down our interest to find the best fit for us. After our mini lesson on mattresses and life expectancies, we we’re able to figure out what mattress we wanted within our budget. Our experience was great! Everything was easy going, no pressure, and we learned lots of facts about the ideal sleeping experience. Would recommend 10/10 to anyone looking for a mattress and need a knowledgeable guy like Kyle to assist you. Thank you!
He provided a disposable sheet and I was able to lay on multiple mattresses and pillows. They had a recommendation quiz that helped. Very knowledgeable. I can’t imagine doing this online. They also had a sale going on. Very courteous and helpful. Will come back!
