Highly recommend! We bought a mattress from here about a month ago. Angelis was super helpful and brought out like 10+ mattresses for us to try. We ended up not loving the mattress so we went back today to swap it. Angelis was there again, she remembered us and was again really helpful and lovely. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a mattress, and the prices are extremely affordable!
The professionalAngelis was superb and helped us find the best options for us. We were tight on budget, so Angelis was kind enough to spend some extra time on list of available mattresses in the clearance sale and help us find best dealbetter deal than anywhere available online. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend everyone to be here at-least once if you are planning to get a new mattress.

Angelis is amazing. She recommended me a few mattresses to try on and explained the different types and features in details, while taking care of multiple groups of customers all by herself. Would highly recommend!

Excellent customer service. Came in needing a mattress by the next day, and Shawn did his best to help me meet that tough requirement. There was one twin mattress in the store available boxed, and without telling me it was there, he had me try the model out. I ended up lucking out by liking it more than the others I tried, and left relieved. Beyond the mattress stuff itself, it was genuinely a pleasure to spend time with Shawn. Thank you for your patience and work; I'll be sure to look out near the Shake Shack for that good Mexican place
I had an amazing experience at Mattress Firm today. Even though it was a busy afternoon, Angelis was so hospitable to me and made sure I could find the perfect mattress. As a college student, I was about to go purchase everything off of Amazon. However, she was able to show me affordable mattresses in my price range and the added delivery and setup from Mattress Firm makes this purchase that much more worth it. Thank you Angelis for making this stressful purchase so effortless!
