I worked with Stephanie for the first time last week and she helped me so much -- I can't recommend her enough. She was very thorough in helping me identify what kind of mattress I needed for my sleep style and why I wasn't getting restful sleep on my old mattress. She went the extra mile in tracking down a discontinued mattress in the style I preferred best, and in general was so wonderful to work with! This could have been a much more stressful process, especially because I needed to make decisions on a tight deadline, but Stephanie really went above and beyond to make it a pleasant and seamless experience. If you have the chance, definitely work with Stephanie at this location - she'll take great care of you!
