Impeccable customer service. The entire staff at upper east side were kind, warm, knowledgeable, attentive and accommodating. Bill the manager helped us find the perfect mattress to fit our needs. He was extremely informative and patient. We asked a million questions and he answered all of them without a bother. It was a good feeling to have that type of service. It is very rare these days. Bill is exceptional and we cant thank him enough. We also interacted with a bunch of the other and we have nothing but praise for all of them. We highly recommend this store for your purchase. We had a perfect experience. Our salesperson, Bill, was excellent - he showed us all the mattresses we wanted to see, educated us, gave us plenty of time to try them, helped us think through all the details, and gave us a great deal! The showroom was excellent too - lots of mattresses to try, spacious, calm and airy. Everything we ordered was delivered on time and set up fast by careful technicians. I order a new mattress and box springs set last weekend and Chauncey was such a great help. He was very polite and very professional and I had a great experience because of him. He made sure the needed insurance papers were sent quickly to my management and super. Now I'm just waiting to see see if the delivery goes well next Saturday without any hitches since my building is strict with the hours I can get a delivery.

Steve was wonderful! He had an in-depth knowkedge of the mattress that helped us with our selection, we will definitely be back because of the service he provided us. Very helpful ,knowledgeable, supportive and friendly persons. Even after the sales they did everything to exchange the mattress. The product was excellent . Bought 2 pillows from Bill who made a promise to return unopened product which was super nice since that’s rare in their organization. When I went back I was helped by Mosef who was a very friendly guy who explained store policy of no returns. I urged him to check with Bill… and he did for meeven thou it was Bills Vacation Bill honored his word and Mosef issued the return for me. Thank you both for going above and beyond the call of duty! I needed to get something super quick but found an amazing and great person who works there. Ask for Angelis- she is so hardworking and knows EVERY DETAIL when trying to find the perfect mattress.

Juan was a fantastic. He literally knows all there is to know about mattresses. I’m so happy I went into this store rather than buying online. TBH, I’ll never buy a mattress online again.
