By far the best mattress buying experience anywhere. I really appreciated all that Josh at the Sterling Heights location on Hall Road, did for us and while we went in with a particular mattress in mind Josh turned us on to our perfect bed that to be perfectly honest, is the best sleep we've ever had. There are lots of furniture stores to buy mattresses from but I wouldn't waste a second with any of those places...go to Mattress King and do yourself a big favor! These guys were patient and knowledgeable and really did want to find the right bed (mattress) for you. I LOVE my Serta iComfort Hybrid Plush mattress we chose!! Never had such a peaceful nights sleep make that 4 weeks of great sleep now. Delivery guys are awesome and I mean they are great guys! Polite and Professional what a change. The whole process is straight forward, short and sweet. Go to Mattress King! Period.

I needed a bunkie board and I called around to find that no one sold them in store and if they did, I'd either have to drive outta my way or order online. I called mattress King and spoke with Josh. Josh got me a bunkie board in less than 12 hours, and he ordered it so I can pick it up at their location, and not have to drive to a warehouse. Just when I thought customer service was below average, employees like Josh make me think otherwise. Thanks for the excellent service!

Great experience. Good deal compared to others in the area. Spent 2 days going around to every mattress store in the area, after getting tired of pushy sales people we finally made it here and what a relief. Smaller store but you won't be disappointed.

CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE HONEST SERVICE THAT JOSH PROVIDED FOR US. WE WENT TO THE STORE TO REPLACE OUR MATTRESS, HE SUGGESTED THAT IT MIGHT STILL BE UNDER WARRANTY IF IT MET THE CONDITIONS, WHICH IT DID. THEY REPLACED THE MATTRESS WITH A SIMILAR QUALITY WITH NO CHARGE. THERE IS NO BIG BOX STORE THAT WOULD HAVE PROVIDED THAT OPPORTUNITY, PLUS ABSOLUTELY, NO PRESSURE OF ANY KIND. IT IS THE ONLY PLACE WE WILL EVER GO FOR A MATTRESS.
