US-Mattress - Plymouth / Canton

I would recommend US Mattress to all of my friends. Derek our sales rep. was excellent in helping me pick out a mattress to suit our needs. We had to have a mattress made to accommodate certain dimension s to fit in a pop up camper. The bed was bigger than a twin but smaller than a full size. The quality of the mattress is definitely 5 stars, so comfortable!!!! The lead time was very fast, the mattress was delivered in a week and 1/2. US Mattress is 5 stars in my opinion, experience was excellent!!!! Thank you Derek for excellent service!!!!

Derek Hill from US Mattress made our buying experience actually fast, easy, and simple for the first time ever buying a mattress! The price was good and he kept well on all that was offered and even interviened after a delivery mix-up that was not of the companies doing. Long story short this was the best buying experience for a bed that I have ever experienced and I would definitely shop at US Mattress again because of it! Sincerely, Jay F

Researched every matress store in the metro Detroit area and this was the only store I trusted. They were complete EXPERTS. I am an amputee so I needed comfort but because of all my health issues also needed great support. They knew exactly what to recommend and the end result was so AFFORDABLE! Wish they would branch out closer to Detroit!

I’ve had a really good experience with US Mattress so far. Derek Hill was super helpful in answering all my questions, and the whole process from placing the order to delivery and setup has been very smooth and professional. I’m not usually one to order much online, so I was a little anxious to purchase such a large item without seeing it first. I received my mattress a few days ago now and am still getting used to it. The mattress is really nice and very good quality, but I may have went with something just a little too firm. I like the fact it comes with a 120 Day Guarantee though just in case my body doesn’t adjust. Overall, I’m very satisfied with Derek’s customer service and the service and products offered by US Mattress and would buy here again.
