I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Brenda to find the perfect mattress for me and my boo! We are both such different sleepers and had VERY different needs out of a mattress. Ms. Brenda really broke down each mattress thoroughly and recommended a great mattress within our budget. Not to mention, we were the customers that came in 15 minutes before close i know, i know and she didn’t rush us, took her time explaining, and was really invested in our happiness. SO thankful for Ms. Brenda, her above beyond customer service, and mattress warehouse! 100/10 experience!!
Brenda is a great salesperson to work with! I came in just expecting to check out some mattresses/gather more information, but once it became clear that she really understood my needs and wouldn't upsell me, I decided to just trust her and save the stress. It was definitely worth it--she guided me to a great, super-durable mattress at a very competitive price. I had no reservations about buying right then and there and will be sending anyone I know who's in the market for a new mattress to her.
I was in search of a mattress for my Murphy Bed. While running errands on 14th street I decided to go into Mattress Warehouse and I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Brenda who was pleasant and warm. She is very knowledgeable of the product and structure of the company. Within 15 minutes I was not only satisfied with my purchase but she had the paperwork processed. So if your ever in need of a good mattress with special delivery options please keep Ms Brenda in mind.
I had a great experience at Mattress Warehouse. Brenda assisted me in finding the best mattress for my budget and kindly walked me through all the steps I needed to take to get the mattress delivered two days later! The delivery itself was super speedy and I was very grateful for their help. I'd recommend Brenda's help at this store as the go-to for your DC mattress needs any day!
Ms. Brenda - the Store Manager - was extremely genuine, honest, and knowledgeable about the available mattresses and helped me get a new one for a great deal. She was very kind and I never felt like she was trying to up-sell me [which is often my biggest wariness around mattress shopping]. The delivery men who came in were extremely professional and effective.
I came in wanting the firmest mattress on the market. Cautioned against my choice by Brenda, I went forth anyways. After waking in pain daily throughout my sleep trial period, I realized Brenda was right and I should not have bought this rock solid mattress. I came in multiple times to find a better fit. Brenda was patient with me as I belabored my decision. Brenda is kind, compassionate and very patient. I wish I had listened to her from the start! Thank you Brenda!
I recently purchased at Mattress, adjustable base and pillow at this location and I am definitely satisfied with the outcome. The employee who helped me was Vincent and he was great at showing me different selections a explaining the overall benefit of the of the different ones I liked. I would recommend this place for great customer service, knowledgeability and fair pricing.
I worked with Carsia who was very professional and understanding of my needs. She asked me what my price range was, which type of softness and firmness I wanted, and didn't try to product push on me. Most retail businesses don't care about your concerns and just keep trying to upsale you but she didn't. That's rare in retail and I appreciate her for that.
Brenda was amazing and super helpful! They have great sales here and will install the bed for you at a low price! Highly recommend this store and the comfortable perfect sleeper I purchased !
