Mattress Warehouse of Harrisburg

The sales staff was friendly and professional and we got a good deal on a very comfortable mattress. We had a delivery scheduled for a Saturday and the truck that was delivering it broke down. We had just moved in and we absolutely needed a mattress that day. The guys at Mattress Warehouse were actually able to find us an upgraded mattress that we could take that day. Definitely went above and beyond to make sure our situation got resolved, and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a mattress.

Had a very pleasant experience in the store. Salesperson walked me through the sleep system and gave a list of mattresses to try. After going through the list, I eventually chose one. Very simple process. However, I docked one star for the delivery hassle. I'd like to echo the experience of others. If you work and have no one to receive it, it's difficult to schedule the delivery of the mattress. Mine came from a shipper in Maryland and though they gave a window for delivery, it was always in the morning or early afternoon. We should be able to schedule delivery. Overall, a good experience.

Salesman was fantastic! Very friendly and store was very clean. Process of picking the right mattress was made very simple and efficient.

The price structure is very misleading. The process was like buying a car, so much distrust in the air. Ended up paying for a new one to be sent. If you choose this place, don't go in alone. There were one or two pleasant sales people throughout the process, but it's not enough to make up for feeling like you've been raked over the coals. Do your research beforehand and stick to your guns. Their objective is sales, not your sleep.

Tim helped us tonight and we couldn't be happier with our purchase!! We have been needing a new bed for so long and havent been able to find anything that sold us. Tim and Adam did a great job tonight. Thank you guys so much!!
