A few days back I made a small first order with this company. Although there was an error with the item received (it wasn't the actual item I ordered but instead another similar to it), the person I spoke with on the phone was very professional, very apologetic and sent the correct item to me immediately at no charge. I received it in less than 48 hours  - AND they didn't require of me the hassle of sending back the wrong item. In addition, the corrected order included another letter of apology signed by the company President/CEO along with some candy for my trouble...all that for a $23.95 order. 

We all make mistakes, and this one was really quite minor. It's rare to find a company that really values its customers and truly "walks the talk" by going above and beyond. So for that reason, I will certainly do more business with Store Supply Warehouse. Their prices are excellent too!

Decent shelving but it literally took 4 deliveries over 4 days and 6 calls to get all the parts that we ordered.......

I can’t say that the experience was without issue (Fedex might actually be the ones to blame), but I can say that they have the nicest most helpful and understanding team of customer service staff that I’ve ever encountered. Seriously. Just above and beyond. Competing companies and services could learn a thing or two from this crew.

Can't say enough great things about this company. The products are wonderful, prices are great, and everything ships quickly. I received two slatwall fixtures today and two boxes had been damaged during transport and the slatwall inside was also damaged. I was worried they might not take them back but are shipping out replacements no questions asked. So very happy with their customer service! Thanks!

Does some great work and very timely.  Affordable supplies, especially for a small business.  A few minor mistakes here and there, but rectified.
