I needed an inspection for my vehicle. I pulled up and was greeted really fast in the parking lot. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was in and out in less that 15 minutes. The place was very tidy and clean. Also another staff member came into the desk area who was very nice, asking Joseph, the gentleman who was helping me , questions about the work he was doing in the garage area. Seemed to be a nice atmosphere to work in.

Joe was extremely helpful. Informed me about my battery. Very convenient. Great service. Competitive on price. I highly recommend this Mavis service location for your car service needs.

Mavis Tires & Brakes on Green Springs Hwy in Bham took care of my tire replacement needs. Noah made sure I received every item for my car to be road safe. Management discounted items to my pricing satisfaction. Most importantly they fixed a cross threaded issue at no charge.

I had a wonderful time at mavis tires. I had to get two sets of wiper blades on two different cars. I called them the morning of and they installed them cheaply and quickly. I love their customer service attitudes and cheerful demeanor. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone.

This Mavis is totally awesome. The original name was under Goodyear. I called the number on the site and reached Jayland. He was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I came in for the my automobile inspections and upon arrival I met Blake. I inquired if they could complete another inspection for me. Blake was extremely friendly and obliged. I didn’t understand much about the process however they explained it to me. As I was waiting another customer arrived with some challenges with a tire and another facility gave them the run around. Blake helped them in a flash and they were appreciative. I wish I could say more about this Mavis and I will. This place attracts good hearted customers. Even the other customer who had little ones with her was comfortable in this clean facility. No tire shop has ever made me feel this confident and comfortable I definitely recommend this location ask for Blake at the front and Jayland as your technician.
