I have been using this location for years and am greeted by Betty with a smile and warm welcome. I am comfortable to know that when I drop my cleaning off with her, she already knows what I need. If I have a special stain, she can always get it out. I really do appreciated the "Black" garment bags for drop off and pick ups.

It's Betty. Without her I probably would take my cleaning from one company to the next. She is terrific on stains and always, always seems to be sincerely interested in her customers. I like to see merchants who greet you with a smile, not someone who is upset that they have to get off their sic chair. Joe

Bettie and the team at 78th and Dodge have been a wonderful experience. I have followed Bettie to many Stores in her carrier starting in Dundee. There in the early snowy mornings and the unbearable heat, She has been a savior for my clothing and always reliable friend.

Betty does an absolute fabulous job! She is very attentive and is able to answer all my dry cleaning questions. I have never had a problem at this location!

Betty has helped me for decades. She's watched my kids grown into adults. She always has sensible advice and does the extra little things that make you feel welcome and want to return. She is a pleasant reminder of the days when customer service was valued.
