Took in two new pieces of clothing that just needed to be pressed. Both were badly wrinkled from packaging and shipping. I was disappointed in how they came back. Still had wrinkles. Not the service I expected for the price. Doesn't anyone take pride in their work anymore?

Terrible service!!!  Ruined a bag of close because the laundry bag they supplied bled red dye into my close and ruined the whole batch.
