MBI Health Services

MBI has lot of services to offer. Some I feel are better than others and could use some improvement.One weak area is the ability to get seen by an doctor in efficient and reasonable time. There are some great staff members through the company and the additional support that they provide to their consumers is great. If you are in desperate need of meds go to 35 K Street NE first and be seen then go through the intake process because the wait to see a doctor can be pretty extended at MBI locations.

This company don't give a damn about helping people. My Aunt was being cared for with this company. They allowed her to fall into a glass coffee table and she got 7 stitches in her back..They put feces and urine all over your home and refuse to clean it

Staff is great but one of the CSW’s was hitting on me a few times during one of our visits and flirting complimenting me.

One of the worst places to go. Staff care about talking about they weekend more then helping people like myself. Panic attacks and depression dont sit well with me but they dont seen to care. The staff is not professional at all. Working with people that dont have it all needs a lil more attention then they give

Don't work here. Seven hours daily productivity. Contract CSWs - meaning you have to pay your own health insurance. ACT is one of the only non-contract position and that's at 6 hours of daily productivity.
