MBTA - Back Bay

Convenient station for the residents of back bay.

Clean, accessible for handicapped, and very thought out placement of trains and restaurants I haven't yet tried the Tasty Burger, but i hope to soon. The Dunkin' employees are very nice and super helpful. All around a good train station to use. Plenty of seating and availability.

Not recommended for Amtrak travel. Was able to get on and off train. Station is freezing cold, had more pigeons than humans, barely any seating. Bathroom is the warmest most hygienic room in this building.

The first place from the BOS airport in my first visit to Boston. I know Boston uses Charlie Card. But we can get it from the staff 7 am - 7 pm only..... We can not get it from vending machines. I had to pay a little more to get Charlie tickets today...

Station is sufficient for traveling and catching a train, but lacks in anything else like modern comforts.

Many more improvements needed to be done

The main issue I have with his station is signage and figuring out which track a train is on. The displays only show 3 trains and don’t rotate ahead. It’s otherwise located in a very convenient space. It’s not terribly big so it can get crowded at times without a place to stand or sit.
