McAlister's Deli

Always a great meal at McAllisters. Restaurant is VERY clean and the staff is super nice. I want to try other items on their menu but I love the McAllister Club. You must try the sweet tea!!! Great place.

I placed a large order for 25 people to be delivered today for a lunch. The sandwiches were great, we had plenty of utensils and condiments. Placed a online order. Went to pick it up and they said they never received it. Staff was very rude & didn't believe that the order had been placed. They finally made the order and after waiting for it the sandwiches were just thrown in the bag. Once I opened the sandwiches they hadn't been cut in two. The Reuben sandwich was good, but I don't think I would ever go back due to the attitude of the staff. No customer service skills at all. If you don't want to work with the public then get a different job.

Catering order was placed, delivered, tip was included. My staff said it didn’t seem to have 20 half sandwiches. Soup was small portions. I had asked for plates, soup bowls, service ware to be included. None was included. I tried to call store on Sawmill. When Prompt 3 was pressed it disconnected call. I called and pressed prompt 1, asked to speak with representative. When I spoke to her she said I had to call store. She attempted to connect me and call was disconnected.

The broccoli and Cheddar soup is made with love . If you're thinking about trying it, do it. You actually might want to grab two lol. The potatoes are also really good.

I love McAlister's deli. For one thing, they serve you the food at yr table, for another they have lots of kids friendly options. I like that there is a TV. It's also fairly big so lots of space. They are very friendly. I recommend it for a casual lunch.

I ordered the French dip sandwich with potatoes salad. The sub bread was a little dark in areas from being toasted a little too long and wish it had more meat on the sandwich itself but maybe I’m biased I’m used to ordering the Arby’s French Dip… overall was pretty good! I definitely want to try the McAlister’s Club!

First time eating here and definitely will be a repeat customer! Everything was delicious and portions were good. Ordered two buy 2’s: chipotle chicken w/ broccoli cheddar soup and a rachel with chicken tortilla soup.

This place was great. Clean, fast and efficient. Kat was our hostess and she clearly loves what she does. Her hospitality was awesome. Recommendations were on point and the food was exceptional. We will definitely be back sooner than later!
