McAuliffe's Valley Nursery

This is a very pleasant nursery to visit because of the selection and knowledgeable courteous staff. On the other hand, I was disappointed by the length of time McAuliffe's took to provide a quote for two trees I had purchased and asked that they be delivered and installed. Also, I asked for some specific recommendations for the front yard that would possibly be added to the order. I followed all the instructions they asked for on their handout that includes contacting Public Works to come and mark any gas, water, etc. lines, pictures of planting area, and distance from street to installation location. After two weeks they still had not provided a quote, did not return my phone call, but did send an email after a asked for a call back saying that the person who does estimates would have the paperwork soon. After an additional two days I cancelled the order. They did not ask me why, so I can only assume it did not matter to them. Its a shame, its a beautiful place, but in this case the customer service was poor.

In my mind, the best nursery in the area. Great prices, friendly and helpful staff and a great selection of plants.

Nice nursery all together. Vast assortment of plants. Only qualm is there is not a decent size section for local plants. The gentleman that helped me were very informative and kind enough to show me where everything was.

Just bought a bunch of different plants and shrubs from these guys and Tyson was super helpful. I wish he could teach customer service to the million companies in the world we have to deal with because if they were 10% as awesome as he was, life would be much better. Will for sure be coming back. Also brought our 4 dogs and they had a great time!
