I would not suggest ANYONE ever stop here for food! Prices are insanely inflated. Not to mention that at 530, breakfast bisquits were NOT ever edible. Four bisquits, 4 hash browns, and I'm out 25$..no way to complain because I'm driving long distance. If I could give ZERO stars! I'll not be walking into nor driving through this company EVER again!

Do not stop here Between 3am to 5 am do not accept debit cards at this time and there a 3.75 atm transaction fee. Robert the manager will make you aware it's always been this way like out of towners will know this.

The girl who takes orders is very rude. She did not take my order carefully (requested for diet Coke without ice) and when I mentioned that again to make sure at the drive through pay window, she literally rolled her eyes!

this has to be the worst McDonald's I've eaten at. 1. They totally screwed up my order, charged me for 2 items I didn't ask for. I wouldn't normally bother leaving a review just because of this, but because of the other I'm piling on. 2. The main issue was the breakfast Burrito I ordered. I was dining in, so I unwrapped it within a few minutes after receiving it. It was as hard as a hockey puck, the wrap was anyway. I took it back and asked for a replacement. I'm pretty sure it was the manager I gave it to. She went over to another employee who had another one in-hand and took it from her and gave it to me. I immediately opened it up there and felt it and while it was better than the first, it too was quite hard in spots. So I again told them to take it back that it wasn't acceptable. The manager then took it in the back and microwaved it, then returned it to me. At this point, with having to come back separately to get a refund I gave up, I had places to be and could not waste any more time at this rest stop. With #2 I really don't understand what is going on. It is a rare occasion when I get a Burrito where the tortilla is hard. I always assumed when that happened it was because it was sitting around, but clearly this location is not only doing something wrong, but they don't care either. do yourself a favor and find another location. Now that the tolls have been removed it's a lot easier to get on/off the 90. You also pay more here, which is fine, but not if you also get a lesser product.
