Always exceptional service, even by Chick Fil A standards! For example, today we came in during a big rush and our cashier Thomas was very kind and even brought over napkins and straws for us so we didn't have to get up. A big plus since we were on our feet all day moving!

Amazing service! I've been to many southern locations and they maintain the high level of customer service here as well! Thomas in particular really stands out.

While the food was decent, they unfortunately forgot about my order. I ordered around 1 or a little bit beforehand and when I hadn't gotten it almost half an hour later I had to go and ask about it. Not much point in having table service if nothing gets delivered. Also keyword for the food is decent, the group I was with at Babson hyped this place up a lot since I'd never been, but I don't feel like this really deserved all that hype. Better than KFC for sure but Popeyes is better than this by a bigger margin than I honestly expected. If you're looking for actual high quality fast food in this general area you're much better off going to Shake Shack.

Food was great as usual but the drive thru was slow and they forgot to put condiments requested when the order was placed in the bag.

The chicken was fresh and delicious and all of the employees and cashiers were so polite and friendly, especially the boy in the glasses and the bow tie, I wish they took tips. I’ll be coming by next time when I’m hungry for chicken. Definitely recommend.
